Creates a user and adds them to the merchant's team. If the user already exists, they will be updated.

Greensky requires telling them who the "Sales Consultant" is when using their API. You can set a user to be the default for when an application is started via the direct link. Otherwise we fall back to the first user you added to the team.

If true, the user will be removed from the team if they're a member already. If they're not a member and you try to remove, nothing will happen.
